DRAFT — FIRST PASS

A low-poly carbon dioxide removal tycoon sim — run the world from 2026 to 2100 and see what carbon dioxide removal can (and can't) do to the temperature.

Scenario

Picking a scenario resets the world to 2026 and runs it immediately — pause any time. Moving a slider switches you to Custom (and resets if a run was underway). Removal keeps scaling ~1.7× from 2050 to 2100; hard-to-abate residual: 5 Gt/yr. “Current ambition” follows the Targets & Pledges scenarios (5.9 Gt/yr by 2050) — countries’ explicit pledges add up to just 3.6. “Current performance” follows policies as implemented (CAT: ~2.6°C by 2100) — emissions rise into the 2030s and the sliders don’t apply.
